A visit to the sauna or solarium counts today as an important part of exquisite bathing pleasure and holistic regeneration. As an extension of the pool activities at the Palais Thermal, you can go upstairs to enjoy a sauna world with unmistakable character and room for many activities.

In the Roman steam bath, in the tepidarium or in the variously heated Finnish sauna cabins, you will find many ways to work up a sweat. Cooling off in the large marble pool and relaxation in one of the princely suites will certainly give you an extremely good feeling.

But not just heat and cold contribute to your well-being in the sauna world. There is also a free sun room where you can take in vitamin D to strengthen your immune system and solaria that will give your skin a refreshing tone. For the athletically inclined, there are exercise machines in the fitness area available for your use.

In the sauna area no clothing is permitted, but in the pool area you may choose whether with or without swimming attire. Large sauna towels are required, bathing sandals are recommended.
